Chicken Raspberry Salad
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 3 cups cooked cubed chicken, cooled
- 2 cups Augason Farms Freeze Dried Whole Raspberries
- 1 package frozen sugar snap peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans or slivered almonds 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- Toss salad greens with all remaining ingredients except dressing in a large bowl.
- Add dressing; mix lightly.
