Mole Chili and Cornbread Waffles



In a large saucepan, prepare chili mix as directed on the container. Stir cocoa powder and coffee granules into prepared chili. Set aside.



Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl, combine waffle ingredients. Spray preheat waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Ladle batter onto hot waffle iron. Cook until steaming stops or until golden brown. Spoon chili over waffles and serve. Makes 8 waffles.
