Ingredients: 4 tablespoons butter 2 cups lentils, cooked 2 tablespoons Augason Farms Dehydrated Chopped Onions, rehydrated 6 tablespoons Augason Farms Dehydrated Diced Carrots, rehydrated 1 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Spinach Flakes, rehydrated 1/2 teaspoon garlic 1/2 teaspoon iodized salt Instructions: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sautee lentils, onions and carrots until browned. Add spinach, garlic and salt, cook for 5 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
