Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, add potato dices, boil for 15 minutes, drain and set aside.
In a separate saucepan boil 2 cups of water. Whisk cheesy broccoli soup into boiling water.
Stir until thickened. Remove from heat.
Combine potato dices, prepared soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Place in a greased 3 quart baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350° F.
