Broccoli and Cheese Potato Dices
- 1 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Potato Slices
- 3⁄4 cup Augason Farms Cheesy Broccoli Soup Mix
- 2 quarts + 2 cups water
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, add potato dices, boil for 15 minutes, drain and set aside. In a separate saucepan boil 2 cups of water. Whisk cheesy broccoli soup into boiling water. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat. Combine potato dices, prepared soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Place in a greased 3 quart baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350° F.
