DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
2. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil per 1/2 cup of potato mix.
3. Stir potato mix into boiling water, let rehydrate 6 to 8 minutes
and drain excess water.
4. In medium skillet, heat oil. Pour rehydrated potatoes into skillet and cook
until golden.
