Vegetable Medley Blend is a perfect combination of potato dices, cabbage flakes, chopped onions, carrot dices, celery slices, and red and green peppers. It’s a quick and easy way to add hearty flavor and nutrition to soups, stews, casseroles, omelets, and more.

  1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
  2. Add Vegetable Medley Blend to water.
  3. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Drain water and use for soups, bases and any other recipe that called for diced vegetables.
  5. Season to taste.

"Amazing value for taste and quantity"

I opened this up to test out the food before I purchased any more, and I have to say, so far I am impressed. I very much enjoyed what I have I tried so far. It seems to be pretty easy to find this for around $100 including shipping... so the price for this much food would be pretty hard to beat.

"The best buy for your money"

Don't be fooled by how many "servings" the manufacturer says it contains. A "serving" is not a MEAL. It is only a part of a meal.Most products price out at a cost per day of $5 or $6. This product prices out to cost only about $3.60 per day. Therefore, it is definitely the best buy for your money.

I wrote Augason Farms customer support and within 15 minutes they wrote back and were happy to fix a problem. I identified the bags that were breached and within a few hours - they sent proof that the bags are being shipped to my house. THAT'S customer service and I'm a loyal fan now. :-)
