INGREDIENTS: Black beans (black beans, salt), instant long grain white rice, quick oats, yellow peas, corn starch, onions, tomatoes, sea salt, chili powder (chili pepper, salt, spices, garlic, silicon dioxide), guar gum, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, yeast extract, xanthan gum, oregano, red pepper.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
2. Thoroughly stir Black Bean Burger Mix into warm water.
3. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Form into patties.
5. Place each patty on lightly oiled grill (375°F) for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Black Bean Hot Dog
- 3 cups Black Bean Burger Mix, rehydrated
Directions: Divide rehydrated Black Bean Burger mixture and form into hot dog shape. In a lightly oiled skillet, cook hot dogs over medium heat until browned, about 4 minutes per side. Build hot dogs with favorite hot dog toppings or chili and cheese.
Spaghetti & Beanballs
- 2 cups Black Bean Burger Mix, rehydrated
Directions: Form rehydrated Black Bean Burger mixture into 1" balls. Heat oiled skillet over medium heat and cook beanballs about 4 minutes per side. Add cooked pasta and spaghetti, and cook until heated through.
Porcupine Beanballs
- 2 cups Black Bean Burger Mix, rehydrated
- 1 cup cooked white rice
Directions: Stir cooked rice into rehydrated Black Bean Burger mixture. Form mix into 1" balls. In a lightly oiled skillet, cook porcupine beanballs over medium heat until browned, about 4 minutes per side.
Meatless Meatloaf
- 4 cups Black Bean Burger Mix, rehydrated
Directions: Shape rehydrated Black Bean Burger Mix into a loaf and place in greased loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Spoon gravy or traditional meatloaf sauce over beanloaf and bake an additional 15 minutes.
