INGREDIENTS: Cheese sauce mix (whey, nonfat dry milk, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes), salt, natural flavors, butter (cream), buttermilk, lactic acid, annatto, extractives of paprika, natural vitamin E (added to preserve freshness), modified food starch, creamer (maltodextrin, palm oil, contains 2% or less of the following: sodium caseinate [a milk derivative], dipotassium phosphate, mono and diglycerides [with tocopherols, ascorbic acid, citric acid to preserve freshness], sodium aluminosilicate, natural flavor, annatto extract [color], sodium hexmetaphosphate), silicon dioxide, natural orange color (annatto, beet juice).

DIRECTIONS:
For Cheese Sauce, gradually combine 1/2 Cheese Blend Powder with 1 cup hot water, blend well. For cheese spread, reduce the hot water to 1/2 cup.

Macaroni & Cheese

  • 3 cups Augason Farms Elbow macaroni, prepared
  • 1/2 cup Augason Farms Cheese Blend Powder
    1/4 cup Augason Farms Butter Powder
    1/4 cup hot water
  • 6 tablespoons Augason Farms Morning Moo's Lowfat Milk Alternative, prepared

Cook and drain macaroni. In separate bowl, mix cheese powder and butter powder with 1/4 cup hot water, stir until smooth. Add prepared milk and cooked macaroni, stir until well coated.
