Do You Have Enough Water?
As a rule of thumb, experts recommend that you store a minimum of one gallon of water per person per day. That’s two quarts for drinking and two quarts for cooking and hygiene. A family of four should store approximately 12 gallons of water for a 72-hour emergency or 28 gallons for a seven-day emergency.
